If you change your mind we are not required to provide a refund or replacement under current consumer law. However you can choose a refund or exchange if your product has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for

Please include your receipt and all your relevant contact details i.e. / Name, Address, Contact Phone Number and Email address.
- If a returned product is clearly determined to be faulty we will offer either a refund or exchange. The refund amount will be the original purchase price.
- It is our experience that often when a customer believes their SmartBurn is faulty; it can be resolved with some basic ‘ troubleshooting’. So please contact us before returning any purchase. If a product fault is difficult to determine we will need to consult with a testing laboratory to determine the fault and a resolution. Should the assessment find that there is no fault with the SmartBurn device, or that the SmartBurn has been damaged due to misuse or abnormal use, we may require, at our option that you compensate for any fee imposed on us in relation to the assessment process.
